The internal audit program on the quality management system of the Directorate General of Education in Dhofar concluded on Thursday. The audit program was according to the basis of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 19011 the results of previous internal and external audits and the results of previous management review, as well as all the processes of quality management system, regulations and mechanisms governing the work of the ministry. The program included all departments of the Directorate in addition to a visit to two schools and government housing to verify the application of the standards, the contractual provisions and the rules regulating the work rules, the effectiveness of the application of the quality management system in the departments previously applied. In addition to monitor the observations on the documents to be updated with the concerned in the Ministry during the coming period. During the closing session, the good applications found in the division of the departments was reviewed, viewed the points that need to be developed and improved in order to prevent it from transformation to cases of nonconformity in the future. Finally, the cases of nonconformity that affect the application of the system were reviewed and the speed of processing was confirmed. The final session attended by Dr Dofool bint Suhail Qoton, Acting Director General of Directorate General of Education in Dhofar, number of Directors and Quality Management Specialists.
