Al Batinah North Directorate held the final session of internal audit program for the system of quality management iso9001/2015, which targeted a number of the Directorate departments and sections in Al Batinah Hall. The final session chaired by Dr.Ali Al Harrasi,the Director General of Education of Al Batinah North Directorate and Issa Al Shibli, the, Assistant General Head for Planning Affairs, HR and IT and in presence of Saleh Al Shihi, the Chief of Internal Audit Team and others. During the meeting, the attendance reviewed the auditing results, which classified into good applications, improvement opportunities and non-conformity cases. The team chief stated that there were no cases of non-conformity on the Directorate, while a number of improvement opportunities found in order to improve and develop the quality management system. Also, the audit process continued for four days by following various departments such as the education programs, Maintenance and projects, finance affairs, education needs planning and administration affairs. At the end of session, the Director General thanked the members of internal audit team and praised the exerted efforts in applying the quality management system. Also, he encouraged the cooperation between sections and benefit from the previous audit results.
