“Solving Problems and making Decisions Skills’’ A training Program in AD Dhahirah

AD Dhahirah Directorate implemented for five days the training program entitled “solving problems skills and making decisions” presented by Dr Salim Al Shukili, holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management and a Visiting Professor at Economics, Adminstration and IT Collage in Nizwa University.
The program includes (5) training axes: the first axis: "Introduction to problem solving skills", the second axis: "creative thinking skills in solving problems", the third axis: "how leaders deal with problems", the forth axis: “solving problems strategies” and the fifth axis is "decision-making".

The course targeted the administrative stuff “sections’ directors” in the governorate.
The course aimed to provide participants with solving problem skills and the basis of the scientific approach in identifying and making appropriate decisions in work problems.
About the program Mr Ali Al Ghafri, Director of Islamic Studies Section, mentioned that the course is interesting and exciting as they viewed all issues related to problems, ways to solve it and how to make the right decision. He mentioned also that they benefit from others experiences and discussions that enrich the knowledge to come out with developmental visions in the educational field.
