Education Meeting for New Supervisors Concludes Today

The Ministry of Education, represented by the Directorate General for HR Development concluded the educational meeting for education supervisors at the Main Training Center in Al Khuwair .Also, the meeting began yesterday morning at the main MoE cabinet, in presence of Laila Al Najaar, the Minster Advisor for Education Programs, Dr.Bader Al Kharoosi, the Director General of HR Development and a number of general supervisors and senior supervisors at the Education Supervision Department in the MoE general cabinet. Also, the educational meeting targeted a number of new education supervisors and secondments supervisors in the Directorates General in the governorates for the academic year 2018/2019.
In addition, the event began with welcoming speech delivered by Dr.Bader Al Kharoosi, the Director General of HR Development and then, a number of work presented sheet during the meeting. The first work paper was by Dr.Aflah Al Kindi, the Director of Education Supervision who discussed a worksheet titled #the Perfect Supervisor# and Darweesh Al Kuyoomi, an Arabic Supervisor presented the Supervision Work Guidelines work paper. Also,Dr,Afafa Al lawatiah presented another worksheet titled #Teachers Performance Evaluation and Supervision Visits Forms#.
It is also to be mentioning that the educational meeting aimed to train new educational supervisors on how to establish operational plans, apply the teachers performance evaluation report, provide them with the skills of supervision visits forms analyzing and how to employ the education portal and education indicators.
