Administration Practices Development Program in Al Batinah North

The Directorate General of Education at Al Batinah North governorate, represented by the Human Resources Department, School Performance Development Section organized a training program that targeted a number of new school principles for the academic year 2018-2019.The event took place in the career development and training center in Sohar and lasted for a week. It aimed to provide the targeted persons with basic skills in administration and school performance development, raise the training capabilities and education indicators. Also, the program aimed to provide them with skills of administration programs planning and technical and administration follow up at work. At the end of the program, the program of school leadership program will be evaluated within career standards for school headmasters
It is also to be mentioning that this program considers as a part of Specialized Center plan for school leadership program. Also, the traing period for two years and in six training sessions. It is also targeted the school directors and their assistants from various parts at the Sultanate.
