The operational plan committee plan at the Directorate General of Education in Dhofar governorate kept visiting to a number of the directorate departments and educational supervision offices at Thamrait and Rakhyuot .The committee chaired by Dr.Salim Al Sadooni, the Educational Expert and the director of the committee with presence of Dr.Suhail bin Musalam Al Awaed, the Administration Affairs Researchers in the office of the director general. These visits came to check the reality of work according to the system of the operational plan, which was developed by the Ministry as a documentary program for the work tasks of the departments and the educational supervision offices and the departments of the Office of the Director General in order to clarify all the questions related to the operational plan and especially the mechanism of recording follow up forms of the operational plan and follow up the quarterly report. During the visits, the committee-reviewed departments# work through the prepared electronic program to record the follow-up forms in order to achieve the single procedural objective of the operation. In addition, several meetings held to overcome and simplify all difficulties in implementing the operational plan.
