The Sports Complex in Nizwa hosted the activities of the first sports students #forum for Bahla Schools, which organized by Parents# Council, in cooperation with the School Sports Committee in Al Dhakilia Governorate. The forum was attended by 100 students from nine male schools in Willayat Bahla. In addition, the sports day included a number of entertainment and sports competitions, such as football, volleyball, tug-of-war, handball, basketball and other entertainment. Furthermore, the activities began by dividing the participants into four groups according to colors "red, maroon, navy blue and blue aaccording to their levels of study. So, the football was allocated to students in grades (5-6) and handball for students in grades (7-9) and volleyball for grades (11-12) and tug-of-war (11 – 12) and the correction of the basket for grades (7-9) and entertainment competitions for grades 5-6, where the four group competed competitively in all the games and recorded the results of each game. At the end, Sulaiman bin Mohsen Al Shoraiqi, Director of the Educational Programs Department, honored the winning team in the competitions and presented gifts to the winners of the first place, where the team of red color won the first place and the maroon color team won the second place.
