Training Program of Basic Skills for Career Success Kicks Off in Al Seeb

The Educational Supervision Office at Al Seeb represented by Qualifying and Training Section and in collaboration with the Training Centre and Career Development at the Directorate General of Education at Muscat Governorate organized training program of basic skills for career success. The event was in presence of Dr.Humaid Al Hajri, the Office Head and it included a number of training sessions and diverse work papers presented by Abd Al Nasser Al Sayegh,Sameera Al Bimaani,Amjad Abu Suwaid and Ruqiyah Al Fori.
Abd Al Nasser Al Sayegh presented a work paper about sustainable self-development and changing management where he focused on the concept of sustainable self-development, self-development stages and seven habits of the most effective people. Whereas, Sameera Al Bimaani, the Principal of Fatma Bint Al Waleed School in A Seeb talked about crisis management and she clarified the crisis term, the main reasons that cause crisis, types of crises, stages of crisis and crisis management strategies. Also, Amjad Abu Swaid reviewed various issues such as effective team work, benefited from individuals talents, encourage the participants to work in groups and increase the connection between team members. In addition, Ruqiyah Al Fori, a coach in the Main Training Center at The Ministry of Education discussed practical applications and study cases using Trees Theory, which aimed to apply the Trees Theory in solving problems and educational situations, highlight the difference when applying Trees principles for creation and define the factors that affect the work environment.
