Robot and artificial intelligence competition Kicked off yesterday morning at the Scientific Exploration Center in North Al Sharqyiah, in the presence of Rahma AlHarithiya, Director of the Evaluation Department, and Khalafan Al-Aghbari, Deputy Director of the Educational Assessment Department. Students compete in sumo competitions, tracking the line and collect balls in addition to the open competition. Badr bin Ahmed Al Habsi, Head of Innovation and Scientific Olympiad at North Al Sharqyiah Directorate mentioned that they are proud to increase the number of schools, students and participating teams, as they reach 200 teams in the governorate of North al Sharqyiah and they are happy of the work quality presented in various competitions such as sumo competition, collecting balls, tracking the line, and the open competitions in robot and artificial intelligence competition. The teams compete to represent the governorate, where four teams qualify for the competition at the Sultanate level.
