The final stage of verbal competition for science and math subject ended in the Grand Hall of the Directorate General of Education at Dhofar Governorate with a participation of 24 students divided into six teams. Aysha Bint Abi Baker Basic Education School qualified (5-10) in science and math categories to represent Dhofar governorate at the final contest within the Sultanate level schools which will be in March 20. Moreover, Ali Bin Mahad Bait Fadel, the Section Head of Innovation and Scientific Olympiad at the Education Evaluation Department mentioned that the contest was in three stages and 122 schools participated in competition. He also added that the competition aimed to spread the competitive scientific spirit among students, develop the students# talents, acquire students with scientific research skills and serve school curriculum.
