Directorate of North Al Batinah Evaluates the Competition of Quran Memorization for Students of Audio and Visual Disabilities

The Evaluation Committee of the Quran Preservation Competition assessed the students of audio and visual disabilities, under the direct supervision and follow up of by Ms. Rokaya Al Harasiya, supervisor of special audio education from Department of Special Education Programs at the Ministry of Education, which held at the Vocational Training and Development Center in Sahar. In addition, the exam included students of hearing disability at several levels, and it divided according to classes and study grades commensurate with its level and age. The test for the hearing disability category was (written) by the student and delivered to the monitoring and Evaluation Committee, while the test of visual disability students was supported and evaluation by Department of Islamic Education. Moreover, the evaluation committee was composed of Mr. Mohammed bin Amer Al Mamari and Mr. Youssef Al Husani, Islamic supervisors of in the governorate. At the end, student Yusuf bin Bassem Al Saadi from Asmaa bint Abi Bakr School is distinguished at Quran Preservation Competition to compete later in the Sultanate level with students of the visual disability class.
