End of training course for new staff at Al Dakhilya Directorate
The training course for new stall at Al Dakhilya directorate was concluded yesterday. The course was implemented by the training centre in Nizwa in order to train new stall who have just started work. 40 employees from different departments participated in this course.
The course included many workshops about the most important skills that they should be acquired by the staff at work environment. First workshop discussed time management and it was done by Dr. Salim ben Abdullah Al Shikaili. The second paper was done by Jamal Al Abri and it was about the effective communication skills. Ishaq ben Humood Al Busaidi, head of the training centre discussed in his paper thinking skills development. The last paper was presented by Dr.Maleeka Al Husan, training specialist and it is about creative thinking skills and strategies of change.
