MoE and Oman LNG sign a project agreement

The Ministry of Education(MoE) signed a project agreement funded by the development corporation of Oman LNG to supply school buses in South Al Sharqiyah with security and safety equipment.
The signing was attended by HE Mustafa bin Ali bin Abdullatif, Undersecretary of MoE for Administrative and Financial Affairs and Dr Ali Al Jahwari, Director General of Directorate General of Education in Muscat and the project supervisor, Hilal Al Sinani, CEO Deputy for Social Responsibility and Mohammed Al Mokhaini, CEO Deputy for telecom and society affairs.
The project aims to control buses speed by immediate reports provided by the school management and monitor students’ behavior inside and outside the bus. The system also provides reports of the buses drivers commitment. The directorate keen to develop the systems to be more useful to serve students and parents and achieve traffic safety.
