The events of training program to strengthen skills of the schools heads in solving problems and making decisions concluded in Al Jabal Hotel#s Hall in Salalah that lasted for four days. The Directorate General of Education in Dhofar Governorate organized this program, which targeted the schools administrations in the governorate and included various axes such as problem solving skills, innovative thinking, important strategies in solving problems and the diverse methods to make a decision. The program discussed a number of worksheets such as the cleanliness and hygiene at school environment, the work improvement mechanisms and obvious following methods to spread awareness among students. Moreover, Dr.Salim Al Shikaili, an Administration Expert in HR Development, Habeeb Al Habsi,the Deputy Head at Cleanliness and Hygiene Office,Khalid Al Farsi, the Following and Studies Member at the Office and Dr.Adel Al Hidhari,the Education Expert and the Chief of Local Committee of Competition at Dhofar Directorate presented the lectures during the training program. It is also to be mentioning that Shaikh Saud Al Azri, the Minster#s Advisor, Shaikh Dr.Al Waleed Al Hinai, and the Director General of Education in Dhofar Governorate and a number of educational officials and supervisors attended the closing ceremony.
