Evaluation Team of School Buildings Visit North Al Sharqia Directorate

Central Committee for Evaluation of School Buildings team in the Ministry of Education visited North Al Sharqia Directorate. The governorate committee was headed by Yahya bin Saeed Al Meslihi, Assistant Director of Projects and Maintenance Department and member of the Electricity Engineers of North East Education, Security Supervisor of the Directorate#s Security Department and a representative of the Operations Department led by the Royal Oman Police. The team visited Abu Bilal Al Tamimi Basic Education School and Sinaw Basic Education School in order to evaluate school buildings# security and safety. The team also visited all the schools in the governorate to develop the necessary and comprehensive assessment of the school building in terms of the validity of buildings, free of technical defects and identify the expected damage. As well as identify sources of dangers that may be exposed to school buildings, and ensure the availability of security and safety requirements.
