The Ministry of Education represented by the Citizenship Programs Department held a dialogue session with the Respected Dr.Ismail Al Aghbari, the member of the State Council and in the presence of a number of Directors General and the MoE employees and took place in the Ministry#s Cabinet Theater. The session ran by Mossa Al Farae and focused on Productivity at Work and its relationship to Citizenship. Moreover, the session included various axes such as the concept of productivity at work, the impact of citizenship values practice on the individual and company productivity, the effect of some issues at society on the employee performance, the rights and duties of the employee , how to improve the productivity of employee with giving examples .Also, the session reviewed the privacy of educational work in implanting the citizenship values, differentiate between the productive person and unproductive one, the state duties towards society individuals and the individuals duties towards their state. At the end of the session, the attendance discussed diverse questions and suggestions.
