Skills Development Program for the second Field Teachers Concludes in Al Buraimi

The training program of skills development for the second field teachers in teaching and evaluation science and math subjects for class (1-4) ended in Al Buraimi and which conducted by the HR Development Department, represented by the Applied Sciences Section .Also, the program took place in the training and career development Centre of the Education Directorate in Al Buraimi Governorate. It aimed to provide the teachers with teaching methods in math, clarify strategies in solving math problems, recognize various techniques to discover concept mistakes with students accurately, employ the Blockers program in evaluating the students# performance, review Herman Theory and design strategies in feedback. Moreover, Dhehyooh Al Saeedi, the Assistant Coach at the 2nd field presented the program and discussed a number of workpapaers in several issues such as thinking, learning methods, feedback and strategies in solving math problems.
