Department of Quality conducted a workshop to update the quality management system procedures according to ISO 2015/9001and it aim to emphasize the importance of updating quality management system documents and work with quality team members to complete the process easily and successfully. Furthermore, the team distributed to planning, quality management department, and administrative directorate, with the roles of the team in terms of work and responsibilities, where the tasks divided according to the following stages: 1. Before the update process. 2. During the update process. 3. After the update process In addition, the meeting reviewed all the data of the Quality team members at the ministry for the 2017 and discuss the plan of update the quality management system. At the end of the meeting, they emphasizing the importance of updating QMS documents and completing all tasks on time.
