Under the patronage of Dr.Saleh Al Nassri, the Director of Education Supervision Office and in presence of Dr.Mohammed Al Blushi, the Section Head of Career Guidance, the Career Guidance Section at the Directorate General of Education in Al Batinah North Governorate held the closing ceremony of the skills development program and in cooperation with the Educational Supervision Office in Oman Hall at Arab Institution for Financial and Administration Studies in Al Suwaiq.It targeted the specialists of the Career Guidance in the career guidance field in Al Suwaiq and Al Khabourah .It aimed at introducing various terms such as the individual guidance, group guidance and career guidance .Also, clarifying their theories, objectives ,how to be used , how to build guiding teams, teen students characteristics and correct methods to direct a student to choose his future career. Moreover, the program included a number of worksheets delivered by career guidance supervisors. Salwa Al Jardani, presented a work paper about the individual guidance and career guidance theories.Also,Hassan Al Ajmi presented three worksheets which focused on group guidance, rational cognitive behavior theory and guidance groups types. Whereas, Qasim Al Shizawi discussed in his two work papers the features of teen students# growth and their need to be directed and the Omani teen privacy. In addition, Ahmed Al Ajmi, presented another worksheets of guidance programs. At the end, the patron of the occasion handed over the participation certificates for the work papers presenters and participants.
