The Directorate General of Quality Control and Planning, represented by the Quality Department conducted a training program to qualify the 3rd part auditors at Al Safwah Gate Institution for 40 training hours from 8.am to 4.pm.Also; the program targeted the quality specialists of quality departments from the Ministry Cabinet, education governorates and education supervision offices. The.Dr. Engineer,Karam Malakwai in Al Safwah Gate Institution presented the training program that aimed to develop the skills of quality specialists and train them to be more qualified in the external audition field according to ISO 9001/2015 standards. Moreover, the program discussed diverse issues such as standardizations clauses, the changes of new edition and compare it with 2008 and the external audition, auditors characteristics, audition program and the tasks of the head of auditing team. It is worth mentioning that the program aimed to prepare 30 external auditors at the current period. At the end, Munther Al Nasri, the Director of Quality Department handed over the certificates of attendance hours completion.
