The Ministerial Document Team Concludes the Visit to Al Buraimi Directorate

Ministerial Team concluded the visit to Department of mail and documents At Al Buraimi Governorate and it last for three days, in presence of Bader Al Habsi, Mohammed Al Rawahi and Ahmed Al Mafraji. Furthermore, the visit comes within the framework of the Department’s efforts to implement the two projects of the objective classification system for the private and joint documents, applications of e-mail management system and follow up the Email Department works in the Educational Governorate. In addition, the team presented a workshop to clarify the work mechanism of the central mail (electronic) alternative to regular mail, and it will be a new experiment applied in the coming days. Also, the team reviewed the work of the documents and how they are classified, whether on the system of electronic correspondence or paper documents. At the end, the team held a dialogue session with Mr. Ali bin Fares Al Azani, Assistant Director General for Administrative and Financial Affairs, during the session they discussed the Department#s needs and work plan for the coming days.
