Quality Audit Team Completes the Internal Audits of Muscat Directorate

Quality Audit Team of the Quality Department at Ministry of Education completed the internal audits at the departments and sections of conformity field at the General Directorate of Education in Muscat, and it last for three days. The audit team started with an opening session headed by Dr. Ahmed Al Shuaili, Head of Audit Team, and in presence of Khamis Al Hadidi, Assistant Director General at Muscat Directorate for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and attended by team members, department directors and department heads. During the session, the team was briefed on the processes, procedures and indicators accordance with the updated of the Quality Management system. In addition, the team visited some of the governorate#s educational schools to follow up the services which provided by the Directorate General to Muscat Directorate’s Schools. At the end, the team concluded with a closing session to view the internal audit report for Muscat Governorate including the classification of attitudes to good applications, optimization opportunities and mismatches.
