MoE Team Work of Documents Department Visits Al Sharqiyah South Directorate

The Ministry of Education teamwork, represented by the Documents Department paid an official visit to the Directorate General of Education at Al Sharqiyah South Governorate in order to implement two thematic classification system projects for private common documents and central postal management system. Also, the teamwork which composed of Yahya Al Hinai and Mohammed Al Tamtami met the mail and documents section#s head and the employees at the Directorate .They discussed various issues related to the documents field and the visit would be for three days. The visit aimed to clarify the thematic classification process in e- correspondence and the subfolders files according to the main certified thematic classifications. Also, the visit would identify the mechanism to delete and modify the files in the electronic correspondences system, how to close a correspondence or a file, organizing the exchange of the current documents among administration districts and the notes of postal packages.
