The Directorate General of Education in North Al Batinah Governorate, represented by Department of Human Resources Development in development of school performance section, conducted a training program to Develop the Administrative and Technical Skills of School Principals Assistants which held in Learning Resources Hall at Al Asmah Bint Al Harith Basic Education School in Willayat Sohar from 1-5 /10/ 2017, under the patronage of Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Saidi, Assistant Director of Educational Evaluation and Educational Programs. The program targeted School Principals Assistants, and it aimed to provide the trainees with some basic skills in management, also to develop the knowledge of principals# assistant about the most important educational projects and provide the planning skills of administrative programs. Also, to be mentioned that the program is divided into two parts, a theoretical part which provides a range of training programs and practical part, which is field visits. At the end of the program there will be a session discussion to provide feedback on the training program.
