The Directorate General of Planning and Quality Control Conducts a Training Program for a Third-Party Auditor

Directorate General of Planning and Quality Control, represented by Quality Department, conducted a training program for a third party auditor (external auditor) during the period from 25/9/2017 until 28/9/2017. The program was carried out by the engineer Dr. Akram Mohammed Ali Malkawi, from the Institute of Assafwah Gate in Al-Azaiba, and it starts from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm throughout the program implementation period. Moreover, the program targeted the ministry and educational directorates in the governorate, and it aims to improve skills of the quality team and train them for external auditing according to the requirements of ISO 9001/2015. In addition, the program included many of axes related to the external audit of the quality management system, such as the recognition of the external audit concept according to the requirements of ISO 9001/2015, acquiring the skill of planning and preparation for external audit and learning to write external audit reports.
