Al Sharqiyah North Education Directorate, represented by the School Performance Development Section at HR Development Department implemented the introductory program for new schools heads assistants and in presence of the Director Assistant of the HR Development at governorate and administration supervisors in the meeting hall. Moreover, the program aimed to introduce the new assistants with work Executive document, suggested work plan and training course. Also, to acquire them with new skills on how to create proficient administrational work and understand the required roles in their reassignments period at the various fields such as career development, self-development and needs analyze at the administrative counter. It is also worth mentioning that Saif Al Maskari, the Assistant Director for Performance Development at HR Development in Al Sharqiyah North Directorate sponsored the event .Khalifa Al Hajri, the Senior Supervisor reviewed the 1st executive work paper where he clarified the various tasks of the assistant directors, how to develop the use administration tools and documentation. At the end, the attendance discussed diverse issues and problems and field visits outcomes.
