Our School Teams are Readiness to Compete in the Arab Gymnasiade in Lebanon

Our School teams for athletics have completed their technical and psychological readiness to compete in the first Arab Gymnasiade, which begins on Sunday at the Sports City Stadium in Beirut. While the swimming competitions will start on Saturday at the Lebanese University’s swimming pool and it will last intel 15 September, with participation teams from Oman, Algeria, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Morocco and Egypt. The official ceremony was held yesterday under the patronage of HE Marwan Hamadah, Minister of Education and Higher Education at the UNESCO and in presence of Chancellor Khalid bin Ali Hardan, Acting Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman in Lebanon, where he met with delegation of school teams after the ceremony wishing success to school teams and honorable representation in this competition.
