Activities of Developing Educational Supervisors’ Training Competence in AD Dhahirah Directorate

Directorate General of Education in AD Dhahirah represented by HR Development Department and in cooperation with Integrated Development Office for Training Services implemented A training program for educational supervisors which lasted for 5 days and targeted educational supervisors from different departments in the educational governorate.
The program aimed to introduce the participants to designing skills of training program, provide effective methods of modern presentation skills in implementing training programs and applied active learning skills in the training program.
The training program contains of number of worksheets such as designing the training program, implementation of active learning in training, ways of dealing with different types of trainees and implementations of a training day.
