Al Batinah North Directorate General of Education finished the final preparation for the academic year 2017/2018 in the schools of the governorate. It conducted various training programs for the new teachers and educational updates. Dr.Ali Al Harassi,the Director General of Education in Al Batinah North Directorate said that the directorate keen to form various committees to follow up the excreted efforts of the schools preparations for the new acdmic year in different willayates and education supervision office in Al Suwaiq. He clarified that the main target of the schools visits was to facilitate challenges and difficulties at the beginning year such as distributing schoolbooks, school furniture and others. Also, Dr.Ali also assured on the important role played by customer services section in receiving customers ,discussing their inquiries ,coordinating with other departments and informing them via mobile calls and SMS. Moreover, the directorate at the Al Batinah North approved the training plan for this academic year in providing training workshops and courses that aimed to develop the performance and training at work. The educational supervisors distributed in the schools and the directorate implemented career development programs at schools and training center. In addition, the education awareness and students care section followed up the schools canteens in providing healthy requirements and presenting breakfast meals for students.
