The operational plan committee held its 1st meeting in the training center of Directorate General of Education in Dhofar .The event was in presence of Al Waleed Al Hinai,the Director General of Dhofar Directorate and General Supervisor on the plan, department principles and others. At the beginning, Dr.Salim Al Sadooni, the Education expert and Committee Chief discussed the tasks of the committee within the current year and its association with the ninth five year plan. In addition, he stressed on the importance of forming internal working team from each department and education supervision office to conduct the operational plan and prepare associated monthly reports. Moreover, the meeting also included a worksheet about how to prepare an operational plan presented by Dr.Suhail bin Musalam, the Researcher of Administrational Affairs at the Director General #Office and then the attendees discussed various notes and suggestions related to the operational plan and performance quality. At the end of meeting, they reviewed main objectives and indicators to achieve the technical and educational aims at specific plan stages.
