Evaluation the passing candidates for schools’ assistants’ principals in Al Burimi

The central committee to evaluate passing candidates for schools’ assistants’ principals in Al Burimi, headed by Laila Al Nagar, HE’s Advisor for Educational Program, accompanied with Aziz Al Rahbi, Assistant Director of School Performance Development, Hamad Al Hatmi, General Administrative Supervisor, Omar Al Sobhi, Senior Administrative Supervisor and Mona Al Fahdi, Administrative Supervisor.
The evaluation included two parts, presentation, and technical interview. The committee viewed the presentations made by the candidates which varied between educational and administrative issues.
They also conducted technical interviews to view candidates’ familiarity with the job tasks, legislation and educational systems related to the candidate job and the applicant’s ability to conduct dialogue and discussion. Twelve males were interviewed and on the second day 9 females were interviewed.
