The administration security Section conducted  a workshop for guards in schools  and education administration at Haima in the Training Centre in Haima, in presence of Saeed Al Harsoosi  the Assistant Director for Administration Affairs,Mubarak Al Junaibi ,Administration Security Section Head and Ahmed Al Derai ,the Head of HR Resources. During the workshop, the attendance watched a visual display titled(Guard#s Absence) and then, the Head of HR Resources Section presented a worksheet about civil services legislations where he discussed the important rules and  regulations related to the guards workflow in schools and legal consequences during  a guard#s absence .After that, the Head of Administration Security Section presented two work papers titled (Guard#s Absence) and (Guards job Description cards) where he clarified the guards roles within their job card and identified the  results or risks in case the guard was absent from school .At the end, the discussion circle opened with guards and listened to obstacles that they face during work.
