Ministry of Education represented by Directorate General for Human Resources Development implement A seminar "Educational Research for graduates of rehabilitation programs" next monday within the framework of the Directorate for professional development for its employees plan to benefit from educational studies and research carried out by researcher from graduated of Master’s and PDSs form ministry employees through the years (2012-2016), and will lasted for two day at Sultan Qaboos University Conference Hall. The seminar targeted 500 participants from ministry and governorate’s directorate, and a number of enrolled in graduate studies for all disciplines which covered in seminar, such as educational administration, educational supervision, human resources development, educational measurement and evaluation as well as curricula and teaching methods.Furthermore, it aims to take advantage from research results to find solution of some challenge in education field and share this result among to employees. Also to development their awareness of the importance of research in development the educational process.
