Ministry of Education Announces the Results of General Education Diploma for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2016/2017

Ministry of Education announce that the results of General Education Diploma will be available on Wednesday afternoon at 4pm, and they monitoring (200) case of violation of public systems of exams. Also, the door of resubmit of re-correction the exams sheet will be from 16-23/2/2017 and will not accept any applications after that date.
Moreover, the examiner allows to review three subjects and the progress of resubmit will be in one week after the date of announcement the results. Furthermore, Dr. Madiha Ahmed Al Shaibania, Minister of Education adopted the general indicators results of general education diploma for the first semester of the academic year 2016/2017 and came as follows:
Education system, the number of examiners and success rate
General Education Diploma (regular) 40005 82.37%
General Education Diploma for private schools (bilingual) 1048 (91.22%)
General Education Diploma of Royal Guard of Oman Technical College (bilingual) 37 (100%)
General Education Diploma and Islamic Science 162 (98.77%)
General Education Diploma (Special Education) 27 (80.77%)
At the end, the result will be available on Wednesday afternoon at 4pm 15/2/2017 through sending (SMS) containing the ID number to the number (90200), and later will be available in the Education Portal.
