Dhofar Directorate Conducts Educational Indicators Training Program

Dhofar Directorate General of Education started the training program of analyzing and employing the educational indicators which implemented by HR Development Department in various stages and continued till the 22nd of the current month. It targeted the heads sections, educational supervisors and schools supervisors at the governorates. Also, the program included a number of diverse axes such as educational concept, its types and classification. Moreover, the program discussed educational indicators reading (school performance development –school timetable-academic achievement-supervision visits) and how to employ the indicators at the school and supervisory work. Also, the training team included Dr.Sharifa Al Yafaee, Mohammed Al Kithairi,Ahmed Al Mashani and Hana Al Rwaas from HR Development Department.
In addition, Sahrifah Al Yaffai, the Assistant Head for Performance Development aimed to provide the participants with technical skills, knowledge to be used in the educational indicators system which was certified by Moe as a system focused on the performance levels at the educational field based on the central data bases that driven from the educational portal.
