Ministry of Education Honors the Outstanding at Cognitive Development This Wednesday

Shaikh Abdullah Al Bakri, the Manpower Minster, in presence of Dr. Madiha Al Shibaniah, the Minister of Education presides over the annual celebration to honor the outstanding students, teachers and schools in the cognitive development in science, math subjects and Environmental geography concepts for the academic year 2015/2016 by next Wednesday morning in Auditorium of Ministry of Education at Al Wetayah.
During the ceremony ,four outstanding categories will be honored :269 students at verbal competition ,students projects and written tests,91 teachers in students projects and written examinations ,96 schools from various governorates in the Sultanate and 6 educational governorates.
It is worth mentioning that the cognitive development program for students in sciences, math and environmental geography came as a result of HM Sultan Qaboos#s directives to promote the academic achievement of students at the scientific and cognitive aspects ,to motivate them to study these subjects in order to attain the required suitability between the scientific, humanitarian specialties outcomes and development requirements in the society.
