The First Week of Modern Administration Program Concludes Today

The first week of the 1st batch of training program of modern administration project for the employees at the Ministry of Education will concluded today morning where it included 25 trainees from the departments directors and their assistants at the Ministry of education #s Cabinet and the educational governorates. It was held in the Institute of Public Administration in Al Khuwair and the new batch of the participants will start by the next week, which included the sections heads. In addition, the project aimed to introduce the participants with various modern concepts and knowledge in the modern administration, administration systems and leaderships, strategic planning, creation, innovation and changing management. Moreover, to develop the participants capabilities and performances in order to promote the educational institution and enable the trainees to apply the administration skills.
It also worth mentioning that the program implements in two stages. The week to train on the Virtual environment and established by the Ministry of Education is implemented at the 1st stage. Whereas, the 2nd stage takes four training weeks and implemented by the Institute of Public Administration for eight weeks whereby a week for training and week for break and which will include a number of training methods on theoretical lectures ,applied projects and work discussions.
