Vocational Development and Training Canter of the General Directorate of Education in North Al Sharqia Governorate concluded yesterday the "creative leadership" program, and it lasted for five days at Mazoon basic education school. The program targeted the ninth and tenth grade students and it aimed to train the students the basic skills of leadership and planning to prepare them to the university stage, also to help them to identify their goals in selection the subjects that correspond to their interests and abilities. Moreover, the program included many worksheets mixed between theoretical and practical side, such as the concept of leadership, features and skills, and the role of leader in work teams. Furthermore, the program deals to creative aspects of leadership, such as Dr. Fatima Al Hinai, Training Specialist at Vocational Development and Training Canter said that the implementation of this program comes from community participation and a sense of responsibility on the training canter as a supporter in the development of teaching and educational processes.
