The Directorate General of HR Development and the HR Development Department at the Al Dahirah Governorate organized an introductory meeting of "Lesson Research "Project.. Also, the committee was consist of Humood Al Rumhi, General Supervisor of Biology, Nasser Al Anboori ,Math General Supervisor, Mohammed Al Mamri, the Education Researcher at the Office of Director General of HR Development and Darweesh Al Kyumi, Arabic 1^st Supervisor  at the Educational Supervision Department in presence of Hakam Al Farsi,the Director General of HR Development and Resources in Al Dhirah Governorate .Also, the meeting targeted the teachers of Mohammed bin Sulaiman Al Ghafri  Basic Education School and Zat Al Nitaqain Basic Education School. Moreover, the meeting aimed to reinforce the career development methods for teachers ,introduce the projects being applied the project of application mechanism and enable the school to be a career development center for teachers performance .

It is also to be noted that the Lesson Research is electronic training  platform where the teachers study a specific content of a subject and prepare it .Then, the teachers teach and evaluate through observing the lessons. The project develops the teaching methods and finds career societies for training and development and sends practical messages in the school and community. In addition, the project will be applied in three subjects (Arabic Language-Science –Math) and a team will be formed for  each subject responsible of choosing the lesson topic and planning it .After that, implement and re-implement with developing to lead to a detailed report about the application and  publish it among the teachers of the  three subjects at the governorate .
