H E Saud bin Salim Al Balushi, Undersecretary for Educational Planning and Human Resources Development in the Ministry of Educationpatronized the training program of the educational indicators system. The program targeted a number of advisers and directors general and was held in Hormuz Grand Hotel.

The program started by a speech delivered by H E Saud al Balushi in which he mentioned the efforts exerted in the educational indicators system for its importance in students academic achievement. He also explained that the educational indicators system allows decisions makers to view all aspects of education fields. At the end of his speech, he clarified that the training program is to enable the participants to deal with the educational indicators system directly, so that they could get all schools information without any intermediary.
