A meeting of examination period of quality management system project which implemented by Ministry of Education was held in the Directorate General of Education in Muscat. Dr Ali Al Jahwari, Director General, chaired the meeting. During the meeting, Eng. Ibrahim Al Amrat, Consultant of Quality Systems, Organizational Excellence, and HR, presented the examination items in the coming period and discussed the principals of quality management and the new items to the system specification. The lecturer also presented the quality goals to improve the performance of the ministry’s work on departments and sections levels so that they derived from the quality policy.

At the end, the lecturer discussed with the heads of sections each section specifications in accordance with the organizational structure and clarified the administrative authorities, legal requirements, working instructions and specifications which based in work implementation and mechanism used in completion process.
