Dhofar Directorate Concludes the Program of Excellence Creative in Administrative the Processes Management
Dhofar Governorate concluded the training program " excellence creative in administrative the processes management and achieve goals today evening at Oman Chamber of Commerce and industryhall, which organized by the Directorate General of Education in Dhofar in cooperation with Thought Center for training services, and lasted for 5 days and targeted a number of departments staff in directorate.
The program was carried out by Dr. Mohammed Fathy, an expert in human development and management development and it included a number of axes, such as administrative concepts, innovation, creativity in organizations and administrative processes and engineered management.
Moreover, the program aimed to provide participants with the basic skills and administrative processes, which required to develop the administrative level as well as to develop their practical and scientific skills in prepared and implemented of strategic plans for the re-engineering operations in institutions by explaining how to use the language, information processing and face the challenges.
