His Excellency Dr. Madiha Ahmed Al Shaibania, Minister of Education held a meeting in her office yesterday, and in presence of HE Saud bin Salim Al Balushi, Undersecretary for Educational Planning and Human Resources Development, Directorate General for Human Resources Development officials.

At the beginning of the meeting HE Dr. Madiha Al Shaibania, welcomed the attendees, and pointed out that the meeting comes within the framework of periodic meetings with the Directorates General of the Ministry to see the efforts in the field of their work and overcome the challenges they may face during their work. In addition, the ministry takes over the field of human resources development and gives more attention to training, in order to refine the skills and abilities of all workers in education, especially the teachers.

Moreover, HE explained that the development of human resources sector considerable progress with the financial support provided to it, and there is no doubt that this contributed to follow-up schools. Also, the educational system of indicators contributed to achieve the schools# targets. Furthermore, the school administrations became aware of the importance of the reports which read by the educational system indicators in development of educational work at school.

At the end of the meeting with the General Directorate for Human Resources Development, HE emphasizes the important to find a vocational network for teachers according to their specialties.
