Dhofar Governorate concluded the events# session of the program of basic course for  Units of  Scout and guides leaders  which organized by the Department of  Scouts and Guides in Dhofar, which held  in  Manba Al Hikma school,  Islamic of Science Institute hall and  AlSaada and Aldhareez  gardens in Salalah and it aims to help participants leaders on use of the scientific method when they  planning and organizing the activities and programs.

The program included conducting a meet session, presentation about scouts and guides movement through worksheet which included (concept / aim / principles / date), also they presented another worksheet on the organizational structure of the scout movement and guides (locally / Regional / Arab / worldwide) and familiarize the participants with the role and specifications of scout, qualification system and identify the training needs.

After that, they implemented a workshop on how to organize and manage the camps for scouts and guides and planning of the activities.At the end, the workshop concluded with Organizing practical application on planning for the activities of scout and guides unit, also the programs that can be included in the unit scouting and guiding plan.
