Dhofar Governorate Organizes Program of Professional Trainer Skills
Human Resources Development Department in Directorate General of Education in Dhofar Organized a training program entitled "Setting Professional Trainer" in the Vocational Development and Training Center lasted till Thursday and it targeted number of supervisor#s educators and training specialist. The training program which organized by Thought Center for Training Services included several worksheets, such as the first worksheet was about the importance of training and elements of successful trainer, while the second worksheet talked about the basic training, presentation skills and the skills of deal with patterns of trainers and trainees. Moreover, the last worksheet discussed the professional training production line and how to prepare training courses. At the end, the training program aimed to provide participants with the necessary skills of writing the contents of the training bag through the International Standards, such as the Canadian system (IMAS) appropriate with Arab reality in the educational field, in addition to increased training on review mechanisms and presentation in an orderly way, which contributes to deliver the information to the recipient clearly.
