Kicks off the Fourth Phases Events of the Training Plan on Educational Indicators System
Directorate General of Human Resources Development, in collaboration with Directorate General of IT, implement the fourth phase of the training program on build, extract, read, analyze, and employ educational indicators for the professionals from different educational directorates, during November, 2016. Decentralization teams of educational directorates will be trained in Muscat, Dhofar, and Al Dhahira during the period 1st November to 3rd November, 2016.
It is worth mentioning that the Directorate General of Human Resources Development, in collaboration with Directorate General of IT, carry out the first two phases of the program during September, 2016 and the third phase on October, 2016 while the fifth phase will be implemented during December, 2016 and January,2017. The program targets all of supervisors, educators, administrators, schools# principals and senior teachers in the educational directorates.
Adding that educational indicators system contributes in the work performance development at the level of School, Directorate, and Ministry by focusing on key measuring areas including eight indicators serve the educational work and raise the quality of school performance.
