HE. Dr.Madiha Al Shibaniyah , Minister of Education chaired the 1^st meeting of committee for  qualifying the work in the educational field and develop it for the academic year 2016-2017 at the Ministry#s Cabinet , in presence of HE. Shaikh Mohamed Al Tobi, Ministry# s Advisor, HE.Saud Al Balushi , Ministry#s Advisor for Educational Planning and HR Development ,HE. Dr.Humood Al Harthi, Ministry# s Advisor for Education and Curriculum, Fatima Al Kharusi, Ministry# s Advisor of Education for financial Affairs ,Directors General from various governorates and others.   

At the beginning, the Minster welcomed the attendance and hoped that this academic year will be successful and the educational objectives will be achieved. Also, she emphasized on the importance of the partnership between school and parents who must be involved in following their children#s school achievement and behavior. Also, she clarified that the meeting will include various work papers which highlight some aspects at the educational field. Fatma Al Al Kharusi presented a work paper entitled " the Financial Situation of Ministry " where she mentioned the financial aspects at the ministry ,school and directorates and discussed the mechanisms of rationalize spending,whrease Abdullah Al Neiri,the legislation Department Head presented " E-Leaves System Activation" workshop. Also Hani Al Ajmi, the Advisor´s Office Head delivered " the Suggested Procedures Plans for Behavior Discipline Reinforcement aspects " work paper where he focused on the importance of behavior Discipline in the Schools through diverse educational seminars and  dialogue sessions.
