Ministry of Education organized awareness course of quality management system ( ISO 2015 : 9001 )and  it targeted  the  Directorate of North Batinah  staff and  it last for  a week in Al Batinah Hall. The participants of the course are (953) of male and female employee and they divided accordance to the time schedule of the General Departments in the Directorate, as well as educational supervision office staff . In order to achieve the aims of the project diagnosis and documentation of quality management system at the Ministry of Education and its outputs.
 Moreover,  the  course program  included  many subjects such as,  introduced  the participants to the  development of the quality management system, concept and the benefits of   using the quality management system, also the techniques which used in the application (ISO 2015 : 9001) and the most important specifications and processes that underpin on it and the main items on the specification of ISO 2015 : 9001 . Finally, they introduced the quality system in the Ministry, quality policy, requirements and the aims, also explaining the concept of audit and clarify its types, internal audit and external audit.
