Al Dhahra Directorate Conducts a Training Program '' Strengthen the Culture of Dialogue among Students''.
The National Youth Committee in collaboration with Al Dhahira Directorate organized a training program entitled '' Strengthen the Culture of Dialogue among Students'' on Sunday, April 3rd, 2016. The program will last for four days and it targeted teachers of humanities for grades 11 and 12. It aimed also to define the concept of culture dialogue and equip the targeted with the most important regulations of the dialogue as well as employ dialogue's skills positively with colleagues and students. A visual display was presented during the program about strategies to strengthen the culture of dialogue among students in schools. Also the program included presenting a number of work sheets by Al Mazrooi, Life Skills Supervisor. At the end of the program, some of the participants talks about the program and explained that this program could lead to develop innovations by introducing new and flexible ideas.
