General Directorate for Human Resources Development Conducts a Training Workshop
General Directorate of Human Resources Development at Al Dakhilia Governorate represented by Recycle One Section in Educational Supervision Department conducted a training workshop during the period from 6th March, 2016 to 31st March, 2016 for expatriate teachers. Adnan Almikdmi, First Supervisor for Recycle One stated that the workshop targeted 500 teachers of four governorates, Al Dakhiliah, Al Sharqiah Norh, Dhofar, and Al Wusta. The workshop continued during the months of February and March as the workshop included a number of worksheets that touches the teachers needs such as, active learning by using new teaching strategies, liaise and communication, written planning and its importance, educate reading, and activate document calendar. Moreover, this workshop aimed to achieve a number of educational objectives in order to develop teaching efficiency thus lead to raise the achievement levels of students. At the end of the workshop, Adnan Almikdmi explained that the supervisors should follow-up teachers after training and gives them direct instruction.
